About the Role As a clinician with VES, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing audio conditions for Veterans.
Responsibilities: Assess, evaluate, and diagnose health conditions for patients Evaluate and diagnose audio conditions to support Veteran's disability claims Gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record review Conduct interviews with Veterans and perform face-to-face examinations Develop a medical opinion on the likelihood of the Veteran's condition being related to their military service Ensure timely and expert examination for Veteran's claims Review and submit reports
Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD) Masters of Audiology (M.A.) Masters of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.) Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD) Master's in Communication Disorders (MCD) Doctor of Education in Audiology (Ed.D) Active and unrestricted license in the state where exams are performed Own office within 100 miles of the job location
