Position: Traffic Window Clerk – 2nd Shift

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Training on 1st Shift)

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Manage the traffic window, ensuring all truck drivers receive proper documentation during check-in and check-out for their loads.

• Provide accurate and timely communication with drivers and internal staff.

• Maintain records and support documentation processes.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook for daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Warehouse or trucking Traffic Window experience a plus.

• Basic knowledge and experience with Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with truck drivers and staff.
