Location: Tyrone, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1st Shift)

Overtime Requirement: MAG Industries is an operation that requires overtime when needed. All Warehouse Associates must be able and willing to work overtime whenever necessary to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports general warehouse operations, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory movement, and receiving inbound shipments. Placement of specific duties will be based on individual skills and business needs, and team members are expected to cross-train so they can help in multiple areas when required. This position is essential to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining accurate inventory through scan-based warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.

  • Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments; inspect for accuracy and damage.

  • Use scan-based warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain accurate records.

  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move, load, and store products safely.

  • Stage and load orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.

  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and warehouse returns.

  • Follow all warehouse safety and housekeeping procedures.

  • Provide flexible support across different warehouse functions as business needs change.

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Familiarity with scan-based warehouse management systems (preferred).

  • Ability to operate material handling equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Dependability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset.

  • Effective communication and time management skills.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and walking throughout the shift.

  • Ability to work in varying warehouse and loading dock temperatures.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
