Metric5 Metric5 is currently seeking a Business/Systems Analyst (RPA/AI) for an upcoming opportunity.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with CIO Directorate customers and stakeholders to identify, document, and mature requirements and use cases for RPA and Intelligent Automation. Support, enhance, and implement the RPA technology lifecycle process, enabling the development of a use case from ideation through O&M. Develop approved, testable, and executable use cases in the BEP-required ELC documentation format for the development team. Assist in the configuration, testing, and training of users on newly developed RPA/AI solutions. Participate in the evaluation and prototyping of new tools and capabilities to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven ability to translate business processes and needs into clear, concise technical requirements and user stories. Experience creating process lifecycle documentation and training materials. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to understand and deconstruct complex processes for automation.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Experience in a U.S. Federal government environment. Direct experience as a Business Analyst on a UiPath implementation project. Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Location:
The candidate must be local to the Washington, D.C. area and able to report on-site.
Years Of Experience
5+ years of experience in a cloud-based RPA/AI environment. 3+ years of experience developing technical requirements, supporting product development, configuring, testing, and training users on cloud-based RPA/AI implementations in the commercial or government sector.
Clearance Requirement:
Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance for this government position.
