Product Marketing Manager

at Flex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by effectively positioning our consumer products in market to drive their success. You’ll achieve this by acting as an advocate for the customer, ensuring that the product meets their needs and provides value, while also achieving business goals. In this role, you will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and new features, while also maintaining our core product positioning and value proposition to meet customer needs and remain competitive in the market. This includes developing comprehensive launch plans, conducting consumer research, defining product positioning and messaging, and creating compelling campaigns. You will also be responsible for developing and optimizing the transactional messages consumers receive throughout their product journey, ensuring clarity, value, and a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Compliance/Legal, Analytics and Consumer Growth to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of the launch. Your goal is to drive product adoption, generate excitement in the market, and achieve successful product introductions. We are seeking a highly skilled product marketer who has experience working at an early stage company with rapid product development. You have a strategic mindset, are detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy creative problem-solving, and easily earn trust with stakeholders. If you are organized and love a fast-paced go-to-market environment, you will love this position. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement go-to-market strategies

for our consumer products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adoption goals. Conduct research

to understand consumer needs, pain points, and workflows, informing product positioning, messaging, and feature prioritization. Create, manage, and optimize transactional messages (e.g., emails, push notifications, SMS) to enhance the consumer experience and drive product engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders

to develop compelling product narratives, value propositions, and campaigns that drive engagement and adoption. Track and analyze key metrics to assess product adoption, refine messaging, and influence future product iterations. Experience 5-7+ years of experience in consumer product marketing Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams (e.g. product, analytics, strategy, design, etc.) Hands on experience launching campaigns (creative development & operations) across multiple marketing channels, including website, app, email and push Proven experience crafting and optimizing transactional messages for consumer products Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines and communicate results to peers and management Deep analytical skills - ability to translate key business questions into data questions, and subsequently drive insights through analytics and optimization Ability to thrive in complex environments that require close collaboration across cross functional teams You have a strong bias for action and ability to move projects forward independently This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters or Bay Area (San Mateo). For candidates outside of these areas, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
