3-5 years of restaurant management experience. Current Serv Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and perform essential functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and walking long distances. Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments. Combination of practical experience and education considered. Proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting. Availability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment, based on business needs. Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics. Additional Details
