About the Role Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for a
Senior Facilities Analyst
based in Ft. Greely, AK, supporting the Missile Defense Agency on our TEAMS Next Facility Lifecycle Management contract. This individual will provide advanced support in scheduling, planning, programming, designing, and executing facilities operations and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced support to the Missile Defense Agency in scheduling, planning, programming, design, and execution of facilities operations and maintenance activities.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary technical team on facility projects and participate in site facilities working groups.
Lead and execute tasks using analytical techniques for complex developmental and operational programs.
Support the Government Project Manager in planning, programming, executing, and documenting MILCON and SRM projects.
Manage facilities maintenance activities, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, and track change proposals.
Review and develop responses to construction, repair, and renovation project documentation.
Participate in master planning activities and address infrastructure concerns.
Coordinate government cost estimates and track project funding.
Supervise contractor activities and contribute to technical reports and documentation.
Prepare and present decision documents, briefings, and status reports.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years or Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
DoD Secret security clearance.
Experience with Missile Defense Agency and DoD facility O&S engineering management.
Experience with facility systems operations, maintenance manuals, and working with USACE and DPW.
Experience with facility assessments, repairs, renovations, and project oversight.
Strong project planning, design scoping, and engineering skills.
Preferred: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or STEM field.
Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe suites.
Strong analytical, technical writing, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams, lead support teams, and develop rapport with stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
