Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include analyzing and reconciling PDE entries rejected by CMS, defining technical requirements, utilizing databases, performing calculations, recommending workflow improvements, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with IT. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications BS/BA and 1+ years’ experience or equivalent; proficiency in Excel; strong analytical, numeric, verbal, and written skills; detail-oriented; ability to work independently and in teams; healthcare systems knowledge preferred.

Additional Skills Understanding claim processing, prioritization skills, financial concepts, customer service excellence, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

This role is on-site at San Diego HQ or other locations, with flexibility for remote work upon management approval. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with potential overtime, and occasional attendance at local conferences.
