KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate in Human Capital Advisory within our Consulting practice. Responsibilities:
Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams supporting areas such as talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, facilitation of meetings and workshops, creation of deliverables, and project and financial management. Contribute to the development of thought leadership, internal and external tools, resources, and training related to workforce transformation. Assist in developing and evolving methodologies, including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides. Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and engaging with clients. Qualifications:
Minimum three years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; preferably two years in advisory services within a major consulting firm. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives, understanding business processes, project management methodologies, and human capital best practices. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of activities, set priorities, meet deadlines, and engage stakeholders across organizational levels. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future. No visa sponsorship available for this role. KPMG complies with all local/state salary transparency laws.
