THE WORK Design dynamic motion graphics, including titles / supers, explainer animations, and social content Implementing sound and visual effects (VFX) to effectively contribute to a story Incorporate changes recommended by our internal teams and clients into the final content Keeping up-to-speed with the latest trends, big ideas, and innovations in content marketing Requirements THE RIGHT CANDIDATE 3-4 years of motion design experience, preferably at an agency Strong understanding of foundational design principles, including composition, color theory, illustration, and typography Proficient in Adobe CC; specifically, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience in Cinema 4D / Blender Effortlessly navigates key frames, null objects, basic After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space Positive, humble, collaborative demeanor with a solutions-based attitude Stays organized, able to prioritize, and multitask Detail-oriented Able to work nimbly and pivot when needed COMPENSATION AND PERKS 60,000 - $70,000 DOE Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance, no waiting period Generous employer contribution towards Medical / Dental / Vision 401(k) plan Work from where you want” stipend to support flexible working arrangements Access to Production Studio in San Diego, CA Professional development and learning stipends 15 vacation days that will accrue in your first year; Vacation days will increase with tenure 9 paid holidays + 2 paid flexible holidays Parental Leave Benefits COMMITMENT TO PEOPLE Raindrop is an equal opportunity employer committed to intentionally building a diverse team that values the varied backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and skills of all human beings.
