We are representing our client, leading consulting firm, specializing in providing one-stop advisory services to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) in seeking the following: Immigration Consultant (Hybrid) Responsibilities: Reporting directly to both Managing Directors, the Immigration Consultant is the primary point of contact for clients. You will spend 50% of your time delivering end-to-end immigration advisory and 50% providing high-accuracy administrative support that keeps cases running smoothly. Assess client eligibility across all viable Singapore visas (EP, S-Pass, Dependant Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, PR, citizenship, etc.) Craft bespoke application strategies and timelines Prepare, review, and submit applications via MOM EP Online, ICA e-services, and related portals Liaise with authorities to address clarifications or objections Conduct discovery calls, manage expectations, and close deals Collect, verify, and organise KYC and supporting documents Arrange couriers, maintain physical/digital file systems, and ensure data integrity Schedule meetings, send deadline reminders, and answer routine client questions Complete or assist with standard forms (ACRA, IRAS, CPF, etc.) and simple accounting schedules under supervision Requirements: Minimum 3 years in Singapore immigration consulting with a demonstrable record of closed engagements Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent cases with meticulous attention to detail Confident communicator with a service-oriented mindset and cultural sensitivity when dealing with international clients Tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office, cloud file systems, and CRM/project-management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) Familiarity with key government portals (MOM EP Online, ICA e-services, CorpPass) Organised, proactive, and able to troubleshoot issues independently while knowing when to escalate.
