I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is responsible for financing, developing, designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining the 26-mile I-77 Express project in North Carolina, in partnership with the North Carolina Department of Transportation. This strategic role oversees the IT infrastructure and corporate services across data centers and administrative buildings, as well as network communications. Responsibilities include managing third-party contractors, optimizing IT operations, reducing risks, and aligning with business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of data center, network, servers, and related IT systems. Develop and oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Maintain network infrastructure and develop IT policies and procedures. Conduct testing, audits, and capacity planning to ensure system reliability. Manage SLAs and KPIs, and handle complex problem resolution. Oversee third-party contracts and support vendors. Analyze system data for proactive management of storage and response times. Contribute to IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analyses. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field. 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including IT administration, project management, and team leadership. Knowledge of network, server, backup, and storage infrastructure; fiber communications experience preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Work Environment & Physical Demands:
The role involves typical office environment conditions, occasional travel, and physical activity such as lifting up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed. Additional Details:
