Key Responsibilities & Duties: Design panel circuitry to meet customer specifications Communicate with sales team for clarification Specify component brand, model, and part number Support and advise the procurement team Align production and procurement strategies Participate in customer fact-finding calls Guide production team as needed Prioritize time-sensitive production solutions Travel occasionally to other facilities Required Qualifications & Experience: Ability to create schematics from customer requirements Experience with electric motor control circuits Proficiency in Microsoft Office AutoCAD LT dwg skills or equivalent Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Inquisitive mind and outstanding listening skills Self-motivation and sense of urgency Familiarity with NEC standards This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
