Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
CDR Programmer with expertise in the Elluminate platform
to support our clinical data integration and standardization efforts for major pharmaceutical clients. This role will be integral to designing, developing, and maintaining clinical data repositories using Elluminate's suite of tools to enable streamlined, audit-ready, and analytics-friendly data flows. Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure clinical data integration pipelines within the Elluminate platform. Apply SDTM/ADaM standards and support mapping activities from raw data sources. Work closely with Clinical Data Managers, Biostatisticians, and Programmers to ensure data is clean, structured, and analysis-ready. Collaborate with QA and Regulatory to ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and audit trail accuracy. Participate in platform optimization by identifying and implementing process automation and reusable components within Elluminate. Support proof-of-concept (POC) development for AI/ML use cases using standardized clinical datasets. Must-Have Qualifications: 35+ years of experience in clinical data programming or data engineering. Hands-on experience with
Elluminate
(eClinical Solutions) including Mapper, Review, and Clinical Trial Management modules. Strong knowledge of
CDISC standards
(SDTM/ADaM). Proficiency in
SAS ,
SQL , or Python for data transformation and validation. Understanding of data integration pipelines and metadata-driven architecture. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and GxP environments. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience working with AI/ML models or predictive analytics in clinical research. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid project environments. Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity. Proactive problem-solver with a mindset for continuous improvement. Demonstrates Atlas' core values:
