As a Senior Market Research Analyst - Healthcare, you play a role in supporting the delivery of strategic insights to our healthcare clients through the execution of research projects. Your work includes a variety of studies requiring sharp time management skills and keen attention to detail. You'll assist in uncovering and communicating key insights, context, and actionable strategies on research projects. You will be responsible for the management and analysis of research projects for our healthcare clients.
What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing and research design, analysis, and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports Liaising on a regular basis with all key internal operations groups (data collection, data processing and results reporting) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to client in a timely, cost-efficient manner Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates per client requests Work with senior team members to understand the business needs of the client and translate them to the appropriate research design Attend client briefing meetings and results presentations, build presentation skills via attending client presentations and through dedicated skills training
This might be the job for you if you have:
Completed a Bachelor’s Degree At least 1+ years market research, healthcare experience, specifically pharmaceuticals, med-tech or bio-tech Experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches Quantitative research skills A passion for working with data and extracting meaningful insights Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule, and budget Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines Thrives within a team environment Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $59,000 - $65,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.

About The Team
The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization.In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.
