$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ascendo Resources We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with extensive experience in NetSuite to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and leveraging NetSuite to optimize accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in NetSuite’s financial management tools. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP. General Ledger Management : Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings. NetSuite Administration : Utilize NetSuite to manage financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and cash management. Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows within NetSuite, implementing custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to improve efficiency. Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts, leveraging NetSuite’s planning and budgeting tools. Compliance and Audits : Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting internal and external audits with accurate documentation. Team Collaboration : Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Data Analysis : Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience. Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP, including SuiteAnalytics, financial reporting, and workflow customization. Familiarity with Excel and other financial software is a plus. Knowledge : Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certifications : NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite OneWorld for multi-subsidiary organizations. Familiarity with tax preparation and compliance in multiple jurisdictions. Proven track record of implementing process improvements in NetSuite. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
