What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.
Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets, aligned to the Consumer, Private & Business Banking (CPBB) sector, covering consumer banking and mortgage/real estate topics. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and sharing best practices within the team.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Applying banking, mortgage or real estate industry expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account Analyzing large datasets to examine industry trends, or conduct peer benchmarking comparisons Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
What You'll Bring
2+ year consulting experience or 3+ years of relevant industry work experience in consumer banking or mortgages/real estate Bachelor's degree requred; Master's degree in an analytical topic (economics, finance, data science) preferred Fluency in English Demonstrated skills in Excel and data analysis (experience in CapIQ a plus) Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role is $100,450 - $108,500
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

What You'll Do
