The Opportunity As an ETX Governance & Administration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with technology subject matter experts to ensure the successful completion of internal and external audits and regulatory examinations, providing support and ownership. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing information repositories to share data with internal and external parties, as well as producing metrics and reports for senior management to provide status updates and highlight concerns. As a key member of the ETX Governance, Reporting & Administration team, you will support the implementation of an integrated governance framework and contribute to driving change and operational efficiency throughout the ETX organization. The Team The ETX Governance & Risk Team is comprised of governance and risk professionals responsible for implementing governance processes and risk management practices for the ETX (Information Technology) organization. We are a first line governance & risk function, working closely with our business and technology partners and we succeed together by designing practical and effective technology governance and risk management solutions to reduce risks and increase operational efficiency. The Impact: Coordinate with control owners and subject matter experts (“SMEs”) across Enterprise Technology & Experience (ETX) to ensure timely response to requests from internal and external auditors and regulatory examiners. Quickly identify and escalate any issues with ongoing testing to senior management. Issue regular status reports to internal and external parties to assess the state of ongoing audits / exams. Manage information repositories used to share information and provide updated status, including site organization, access permissions, and archiving of information for closed audits/exams. Produce audience-appropriate reports for senior management to provide updates on audit/exam status and areas of concern. Drive collaborative solutions and results both within ETX and with other key stakeholders. Develop, implement, and regularly produce appropriate metrics to provide status and quickly identify potential issues. Support the implementation of an integrated technology governance framework. Create appropriate materials for implementing process change across a broad organization. Assist in production of other metrics and reports for the broader ETX Governance & Risk Framework. The Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree 5+ years of experience in audit/regulatory support roles focused on governance, risk, compliance, technology, and/or cybersecurity. The Ideal Qualifications Experience working with auditors, regulators, and technical subject matter experts to fulfill audit or regulatory examination requirements. Skilled in facilitating IT General Controls discussions among technical, non-technical, and external audiences. Experienced with audit reports (e.g. SOC 2) and regulatory reports. Proficient at use of Excel, SharePoint, an enterprise-level GRC platform, and other tools for use in executing an IT Controls Assessment program. Experienced in designing and executing metrics of programs to track program status and potential issues. Proven ability to inform and influence others clearly, timely, and appropriately. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities with urgency. Experience in applying change within a large technology organization.
