As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory solution, providing clients with personal relationships, specialized service, and ongoing advice based on Schwab’s approach to investing. You will have a direct impact on clients’ lives, working as a fiduciary within a dedicated SWA team to deliver an exceptional client experience. SWA’s advice philosophy empowers you to use a wide range of products (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, options trading), enabling you to help clients manage complex portfolios and achieve their goals. You will grow within an experienced, collaborative team, deepen relationships with industry-leading advisors, and have the opportunity to mentor junior team members. Required Qualifications CFP or CFA designation Bachelor’s degree Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment) Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment) Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients Preferred Qualifications Five or more years of direct client experience in the financial services industry highly preferred This role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities, in addition to the salary range.
