WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to support a senior executive or leadership team. This role is critical in enabling leadership to operate efficiently and focus on high-impact priorities. The ideal candidate is a master of time management, discretion, communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage and prioritize complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones Handle email and inbox triage, including drafting, responding, and flagging priorities Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items Operations & Logistics Coordinate travel arrangements : flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visas Organize events, offsites, team meetings, and investor or board presentations Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive Project Coordination Manage or support strategic projects, ensuring follow-through on deadlines and deliverables Conduct research, synthesize insights, and draft memos or presentation materials Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, or team culture initiatives as needed Confidentiality & Communication Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism Serve as a gatekeeper while also ensuring the executive is accessible and informed Draft internal and external communications that reflect the executive's voice Qualifications 3+ years experience supporting senior executives, founders, or high-level leaders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High emotional intelligence, judgment, and ability to anticipate needs Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and calendaring tools (e.g. Calendly) Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive under pressure Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
