Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Legal will collaborate with C-Suite, Board, and others to ensure legal integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: Providing advice and counsel to senior leadership on a diverse range of legal, regulatory, administrative matters. Leading the review, negotiation and management of a wide range of complex contracts, agreements, partnerships, and business transactions Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address risks and proactively ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations Managing relationships with external law firms Actively engaging with the C-Suite and other stakeholders to support business operations and ensure alignment of legal, administrative, and operational priorities Well-established, stable company with an indelible commitment to the community and an abundance of exciting initiatives in the works.
