The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities: Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume data governance implementation efforts in partnership with Product and Technology partners and stakeholders Manage complex application and critical data element-level lineage across geographies and products for Citi Services. Responsible for data quality validation and remediation from root cause analysis through remediation planning and providing input to Product and Technology based on analysis of information Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions

Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite and SQL skills Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Experience in systems analysis and programming helpful.

Preferred languages include: Python, Java, Visual Studio, Ab Initio

Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master’s degree preferred
