"Network Services Manager"
for one of our industry leading clients. Please find additional details about the role below: Role: Network Services Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead weekly operational calls with clients to discuss network performance and issues. Participate in QBR meetings with clients to discuss network performance, service levels, and key metrics. Assist on design and implementation oversight, and maintenance of client network infrastructure. Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians across the globe, fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure that network-related issues/services requests reported via ticketing systems are prioritized, assigned, and resolved efficiently. Coordinate network related projects and ensure alignment with client timelines. Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions. Coordinate the handover of completed client onboarding to the support team, ensuring they have all necessary documentation, training, and resources Drive technical performance metrics, address trends, and implement corrective actions. Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain documentation of network configuration standards and procedures. Collaborate on strategic planning for network expansions and upgrades. Provide on-call support and perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field; master’s preferred. Networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) and ITIL certification or training equivalent. Minimum 12 years of experience in network operations, engineering, or management. Proven leadership and people management experience. Extensive network design experience, including scalable and resilient architectures. Excellent knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies. Experience with next generation firewalls (NGFW) such as Palo Alto or FortiGate. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Understanding of network security principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder relationships. Effective time management and organizational skills. Business acumen to align network services with client needs. Commitment to ongoing learning of industry trends and technologies.
