1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants SNI has an immediate need for a Commercial Real Estate Associate (this group is for Low-Income-Tax-Credits. Previous LIHTC experience is NOT a requirement). This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and reputable firm, with a well-established Commercial Real Estate Group! We are ideally seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to work in our growing low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners, Associates and Paralegals in our close-knit and supportive group to close LIHTC transactions on behalf of a leading national syndicator and other clients, with significant client exposure and deal responsibility. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in LIHTC transactional work and the following work experiences and/or skillsets Prior experience as counsel on low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) deals representing tax credit syndicators, investors and/or developers. A general tax background (LLM or tax concentration) is beneficial but not required. Highly motivated and energetic self-starter. Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate confidently with clients, developers and other transaction parties. Featured Benefits:
