Personal Injury Defense Attorney- Orange County, CA (Hybrid) Our client is currently seeking an experienced attorney licensed in California to join a highly regarded law firm specializing in insurance defense matters throughout the state. The ideal candidate will be confident in independently managing litigation cases involving bodily injury, premises liability, auto/trucking collisions, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury. Bar admission in additional jurisdictions is a plus, and prior jury trial experience—either as first or second chair—is highly valued. This opportunity offers immediate hands-on experience with a strong support team of partners, senior associates, and paralegals in a collaborative work environment. Additionally, there is room to expand your practice into other areas such as business litigation and real estate, depending on your interest. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, site inspections, depositions, and expert coordination. Handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings with minimal supervision. Work collaboratively to meet client and firm objectives. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active admission to the California State Bar. Solid experience in insurance defense. Strong legal research and writing skills. Proficiency with tools like Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
