Gentera Aesthetics . This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital content, thriving in fast-paced environments, with a deep understanding of aesthetic trends, digital storytelling, and production best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Build and execute monthly content calendars for all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn). Film, edit, and produce high-quality, aesthetically aligned Reels, Stories, long-form videos, and photo content across clinic and brand locations. Stay on top of social trends and proactively implement new formats, transitions, and voice styles that align with Gentera’s brand identity. Capture and produce surgical content for Gentera Plastic Surgery, ensuring discretion and HIPAA compliance at all times. Publishing & Engagement:

Post across all social channels in a timely and strategic manner. Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms with excellent tone, speed, and professionalism. Create engaging community-driven content such as Q&As, behind-the-scenes, and patient experience spotlights. Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with overall campaigns and business objectives. Support photography and video coverage for marketing events, seminars, and launches. Partner with sales and medical teams to identify educational and promotional content opportunities. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience

managing and growing brand social media accounts. Strong video and photo production experience (filming, editing, sound, lighting). Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc. Experience filming and editing surgical or clinical content is a plus. Strong sense of visual storytelling, aesthetic direction, and current trends. Comfortable working independently on tight deadlines and in clinical environments. High level of discretion, ethics, and professionalism. Knowledge of

HIPAA
