We're seeking a
Systems Administrator, Physical Security
who will be responsible for supporting, administering, and improving the organizations physical security technologies. This includes electronic access control systems, surveillance cameras, network video recorders, emergency alert systems (such as panic buttons), and related integrations. The role serves as the primary contact for daily operations and strategic projects involving physical security infrastructure, collaborating closely with Facilities, Safety, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders. The administrator will also lead training initiatives to ensure proper system usage and staff understanding. This position is in-person with a hybrid possibility. The ideal candidate will have: Associates degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, physical security, security management, or a related field. At least three (3) years of experience in system administration and IT security, focusing on enterprise-level access control and surveillance systems support and maintenance. Familiarity with Honeywell WinPak, UniFi Access, Avigilon, or similar platforms. Experience with alert or duress systems (panic buttons, emergency notification systems). Solid understanding of IP networking, including VLANs, PoE, and subnets. Experience with Windows-based system administration and Active Directory integration.
