Social Media Manager

to join our team. This role is pivotal in defining and executing social media strategies for F5's brand, driving engagement across platforms, and creating meaningful connections with our customers, partners, and industry influencers. Key Responsibilities: Build and implement social media strategies to enhance F5's online presence and engagement. Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for social media content, ensuring timely and relevant posts. Create compelling copy tailored to platforms like LinkedIn, X, and others, aligning with brand voice and goals. Collaborate with the creative team to advise on visual assets that complement social media content. Identify key influencers and relevant content for executives to engage with, including liking, sharing, and commenting to expand reach. Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Knowledge / Skills: Proven experience in scaling social media programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels, with the ability to apply platform-specific strategies. Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling content. Experience working with creative teams to develop visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva. Familiarity with social scheduling tools like Sprinklr. Ability to identify and engage with key influencers and relevant content. Proficiency in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to inform strategy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of inspiring confidence across diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Work is performed in a standard office setting, primarily sitting at a desk or computer. Requires use of a computer, telephone communication, and reading printed materials. May require being on call periodically and working outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends. May involve travel via automobile or airplane, approximately.
