GoWin Coaching Job Title : Electrical Foreman / Superintendent Experience : 7+ Years in Electrical Installations and Supervision Location : Atlanta, GA Work Mode : Full-Time (On-Site) Job Brief Join one of our prestigious clients as an experienced Electrical Foreman / Superintendent in Metro Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will collaborate with a skilled team to oversee installations, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver exceptional results that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial electrical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical codes to guide installations. Oversee and coordinate daily job site operations, including scheduling and workforce management. Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices to enhance team performance. Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using appropriate testing devices. Manage materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and accurate installation. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Maintain detailed daily logs, documenting progress, challenges, and solutions. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in the electrical industry, including supervising installations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and contract documents. Working knowledge of electrical tools, power equipment, and testing devices. Strong understanding of job site safety practices and OSHA regulations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at various heights and weather conditions. Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Formal apprenticeship training is preferred. Why Join Us?
