FF&E Designer (Luxury Hotels/Resorts Experienced)

Position : FF&E Designer (Luxury Hotels/Resorts Experienced) Location : Kallang Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $11,000 Basic + Travel Reimbursement + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave Duration : Permanent Industry : Interior Design Main Responsibilities: Provide support for concept work, presentations, and to co-ordinate with 3D renders. Selection of FF&E with Senior Interior Designers through every stage of the design process. Preparing and coordinating all FF&E documentations required for Tender stage. Review samples, strike-offs, shop drawings and materials etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent. Participate in project meetings, client work-sessions and design reviews as required. Able to travel overseas for site co-ordinations and FF&E factory reviews. Requirements: At least 5 years of FF&E experience in luxury hospitality projects (urban and resort hotels), ideally Experience of seeing at least one good project from conception to launch. Relevant knowledge of product qualifications and sourcing, global vendor and supplier contacts. In addition to good sketching ability, you should have proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat/Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiar with specification documentation.
