This role focuses on aligning corporate strategy, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and cross-functional collaboration to support long-term growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer will oversee key initiatives such as corporate communications, change management, and the Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will excel in strategic leadership, OKR management, change and transformation, and data-driven decision-making, with a proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will guide the organization through critical transformation projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximizing impact on business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: o Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required o Master’s degree preferred (MBA highly desirable) o 15+ years’ experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or related fields, ideally in the healthcare or biotech industry. o 10+ years working at a senior executive level, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead strategic projects. o A proven track record of driving successful strategic initiatives and leading large-scale organizational transformation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. o Proven success in managing OKRs, KPIs, and organizational transformation. o A deep understanding of change management principles and a proven track record of leading large-scale organizational changes and transformation initiatives. o Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead high-level strategic discussions, develop high-quality materials, and convey complex concepts to the CEO, board, and other senior executives. o Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and use business intelligence tools for data-driven decision-making. o Proven success in managing corporate communications to align messaging with strategic objectives. o Experience overseeing large, complex strategic projects and ensuring alignment through the PMO. o Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other strategic planning tools. o Ability to proactively identify strategic misalignments, solve complex problems, and ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration. o Experience in a rapidly growing industry, with knowledge of key market drivers and competitive dynamics in the biotech or healthcare sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Strategic Leadership and Alignment: o Develop and execute a corporate strategy that aligns all departments with long-term vision and growth objectives. o Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for aligning high-level decisions with strategic goals. o Oversee the design and implementation of OKRs across departments, ensuring clear and measurable objectives that support the company’s strategic priorities. · Change and Transformation Leadership: o Lead transformation initiatives to drive organizational evolution, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to business operations. o Implement scalable processes that enhance organizational efficiency and support sustainable growth. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Foster collaboration between departments to ensure cohesive progress toward shared goals and seamless execution of strategic initiatives. o Act as a bridge between teams, identifying and resolving strategic misalignments. · Data-Driven Innovation and Business Intelligence: o Leverage business intelligence tools to monitor KPIs and inform data-driven decision-making. o Identify opportunities for improvement using analytics and actionable insights. · Executive Advisory Role: o Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, guiding high-level discussions and decision-making processes. o Facilitate strategy meetings and cross-functional workshops to align leaders on long-term priorities. o Direct the PMO to ensure efficient execution of key projects aligned with the company’s strategic goals. o Provide oversight for high-impact initiatives and manage resource allocation for optimal results. · Cultural Integration and Alignment: o Reinforce mission and values across the organization, ensuring alignment and engagement during periods of growth and change. o Oversee internal and external corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging aligned with strategic objectives. · Adheres to Code of Conduct as outlined in the Compliance Program · Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
