Store Manager

is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees and the assistant manager. You will be responsible for the store's profits and all controllable expenses, including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory shortages. Culture Index Survey Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, recommending for hiring, and training bright, positive individuals. Motivate, encourage, and challenge store cashiers. Promote and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly. Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, organized, and well-maintained. Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, correctly priced, and safely displayed. Maintain quality brand image standards. Supervise and discipline convenience store employees according to company policy. Monitor daily retail gasoline competitors' prices and report to the corporate office promptly. Complete daily paperwork and computer entries efficiently as per management instructions. Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily. Conduct store meetings with employees at least once a month. Be physically capable of performing all cashier duties regularly. Understand and utilize all information in daily store operation reports. Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures in store operations. Implement monthly promotions and ensure POS advertising and signage are properly posted and timely. Handle price change requests, markdowns, and ups as directed by the Operations Director. Report pricing issues to the Price Book Administrator. Enforce merchandising and vendor policies and procedures. Maintain safety and security protocols, report unsafe conditions, and conduct safety/security meetings with employee signatures. Report and process all employee and customer incidents or accidents following company procedures. Your commitment to excellence is rewarded with a

At least 3 years of experience in a convenience store setting required. High School Diploma or GED recommended. Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly. Proficiency in managing all store activities and demonstrating all Store Associate duties efficiently. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as most stores operate 24/7. Reliable transportation and ability to be reachable 24/7.
