Our Client is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This experienced role is ideal for creative and driven individuals with 2+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C industry. This position focuses on creating proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, communications, content, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Proposal and Presentation Development: Design and produce professional-quality proposals (using Adobe InDesign) and presentations (using PowerPoint) tailored to specific clients and projects. Collaborate and lead internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with brand standards. Event and Conference Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events and conferences, including logistics and promotional materials. Assist in coordinating conferences, trade shows, and other marketing-related events. Marketing Collateral and Graphics: Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Create visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining consistent brand identity. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor’s degree in a creative, marketing, business, or related field is required. Experience and Skills: 2+ years’ experience in marketing for a similar field Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly preferred A passion for writing and editing is a bonus. Seniority level
