JOB DESCRIPTION In this role, you will oversee the integration and flow of development, testing, and deployment of systems, while planning releasesincluding new features and enhancements. The Release Management team collaborates closely with Agile Squads and Program teams to coordinate release plans and deployments. Monitoring issues Managing environments You will act as a liaison between QA, Production Support, Development, Agilists, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to determine environment needs and build comprehensive Release Plans. Youll also ensure that Release Management standards are enforced for successful, stable releases. RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in defining and driving the strategy of the Release/Environment team Coordinate and manage deployments of code and hardware changes Ensure consistency and availability of environments aligned with the existing roadmap Create and maintain full Release Plans, from QA through post-production Cultivate strong working relationships across IT and business teams Monitor and guarantee uptime of all environments Operate within the Banks risk appetite by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks Proven experience managing test environments and configuration management Experience working with QA, Production Support, and Development teams Experience supporting both Agile and Waterfall delivery teams Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools Background in Release and Environment Management for large-scale transformation projects is a plus Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
