Responsibilities
Work with business teams to develop solutions to increase productivity and efficiency. Analyze data requests and programmatic challenges, proposing appropriate solutions. Design and develop new programs and update existing ones for company applications, including ERP systems, covering full-stack development. Monitor system operations, perform upgrades, and apply patches/updates. Maintain documentation for development, logic, coding, testing, and system procedures. Ensure data integrity, perform backups, and maintain disaster recovery procedures. Administer iSeries OS and hardware to optimize performance and resolve issues. Monitor licensing compliance and communicate deviations or corrective actions. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years of iSeries experience. Proficiency in IBM iSeries CL, SQL/embedded SQL, RPGIII, RPG IV, RPGLE; experience with BPCS ASSET 4GL and MS SQL & Reporting Services is a plus. Skills
High professionalism and customer service orientation. Self-motivated with good prioritization skills and flexibility to work outside normal hours if needed. Strong project management skills and results-driven approach. Additional Information
