Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google The Sr Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful onboarding of new and existing client implementations, which may include completing implementation forms and agreements, verifying contracted services for accuracy, and providing training for customers on all Pacific Premier Bank Community Association Banking products and services. Acts in a lead capacity and may provide guidance to other department staff, as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist with the completion of implementation forms, customer agreements, etc. Establish communication schedule with onboarding clients, which includes preparing an agenda for each client meeting to outline progress and objective for next steps toward service setup. Works closely with vendors and other bank departments to effectively set up integration connections using Automated Programming Interfaces (API) specifically for Property Management companies who manage Community Associations Verify contracted services are correctly implemented within expected timeframes. Ensure accounts opened accurately to ensure service fee revenue and comply with bank implementation procedures and policies. Responsible for analyzing client bank statements, credit reports, financial reviews, and other documentation to support a recommendation for use of the bank’s ACH, RDC, and MDC service. Provide training for customers as needed on property management products and services, as well as assists with implementation of hardware/software. Assist with product demonstrations for customers or internal teams on treasury management products and services. Work effectively without direct supervision. Make sound decisions for the Bank when utilizing approval authority. Identify and communicate possible process efficiencies. Effectively communicate with the customers, implementation team, and other departments within the branch. Assist clients and prospects with new service requests and may identify cross-sell opportunities; keeps abreast of product updates and documentation; adheres to bank and department policies and procedures. Coordinate implementation, maintenance and support efforts with other departments. Assist Bank employees with related application requirements such as file formats, parameters and overall product usage. Coordinate service support for resolution of customer implementation issues with depository/treasury management services; communicates resolutions to customers; acts as liaison between customer and operations departments of the Bank Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3+ years Treasury Management implementation experience required. 3+ years of banking experience required. 3+ years of Property Management / Homeowner Association experience preferred. Experience with Automated Programming Interfaces (API) preferably for Property Management companies who manage Community Associations required
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $29.09/hr. to $48.47/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
