Job Description SUMMARY Stampede Ventures, a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual with USACE Construction experience. The candidate will perform various tasks related to the Bering Straits East Coast model, including quality control management, submittal tracking, daily reporting, communicating deficiencies to the customer, and managing multiple sites. This position supports a project at Fort Myer, Arlington, VA, with potential extension to additional contracts based on workload. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support project planning and organization under the supervision of the Project Manager or Director. Monitor daily progress of work packages to meet project schedules. Provide updates to project team members and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and reports. Oversee Definable Features of Work Submittal packages and support the Superintendent/PM. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes. Engage in and volunteer for improvement projects. Follow ISO procedures and EH&S training requirements. Travel infrequently as needed. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. Assist in project quality assurance and review trade contractors methods. Analyze submittal data to ensure product quality and reliability. Support the RFI process to ensure timely and proper handling. Participate in testing and inspections to verify compliance. Assist with quality control plans and perform site audits. Collaborate with NAVFAC Quality Control personnel. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES Maintain relationships with Federal government customers in the Southeast Region. Experience working with 8(a) companies. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION Minimum Qualifications: At least one year supporting Federal or commercial projects. Must be US citizen. USACE Quality Control Certification. OSHA 30 Certification (can be obtained after employment). Ability to obtain security clearance. Current First Aid and CPR certifications. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Favorable Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI). Valid Drivers License. Knowledge of local vendors and subcontractors. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Maintain physical condition to perform tasks such as bending, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities. SAFETY ROLE This position is not subject to DOT safety-sensitive requirements. WORK ENVIRONMENT Primarily office work with site visits. May be exposed to extreme weather conditions and lifting up to 25 pounds. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Limited supervisory duties. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Pre-employment drug screening, background check, reliable transportation, and access to military installations may be required.
