$110,000 - $130,000 About This Position: We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor and influential partner to senior leadership, providing expert HR guidance that supports Advantechs goals in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This hands-on role requires a high level of business acumen, the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and a passion for driving results through people. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting sales organizations, managing multi-state employee groups, and demonstrated success in aligning people strategies with business priorities. This is a full-time onsite position with periodic travel required. Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, particularly within sales and client-facing business units, driving people strategies that enable performance and business success. Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design across multi-state locations. Partner closely with department heads and managers on employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, and manager coaching. Working with Compensation COE, oversee compensation reviews, pay structure design, job leveling, and benchmarking analysis. Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions across all employee lifecycle stages. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights and propose proactive solutions. Maintain deep knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance. Champion change management efforts and lead initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and inclusion. Collaborate with business leaders across functions to understand their unique needs and provide tailored proactive solutions HR Core Competencies: Long-term Business Thinker: Brings strategic insight and HR vision aligned with business objectives. Timely Execution: Ensuring timely communication and proactive approaches and solutions to customer groups Team Player: Working closely together with HR team members ensuring cohesive approach and solutions for customer groups and handling assigned projects as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting multi-state and/or sales organizations. Proven experience in both strategic HR planning and operational execution. Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills with leaders at all levels. Excellent analytical and data skills; comfortable working with complex HRIS/reporting tools. Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment. Willingness to travel periodically as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Masters or MBA in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 10+ years progressive HR experience supporting multi-state and/or sales organizations. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
