Location: South Charlotte Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Loader/Unloader Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods using an electric pallet jack, ensuring all materials are handled safely and accurately. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and meeting daily productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using an electric pallet jack. Organize, stack, and secure materials on pallets for storage or shipment. Transport goods to designated warehouse areas safely and efficiently. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed production targets. Qualifications

Experience operating an electric pallet jack (required). Ability to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
