Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the upcoming Trilogy Hotel in Huntsville, AL. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service at all times. Responsibilities: Supervise front desk staff and ensure they provide excellent customer service Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Train new front desk staff on hotel procedures and policies Monitor front desk performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement Assist with scheduling and payroll for front desk staff Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and supervisory skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
