Job Overview:
Become a key player in our warehouse, the largest distributor of natural, organic, and specialty products across the U.S. and Canada, serving over 43,000 customer locations with 200,000 different products. Our Warehouse team plays a vital role in supplying thousands of families with nutritious food choices.
Starting pay: $21.75/hr
$2.00 weekend differential + performance-based incentives Shifts start at 9 AM typically running 11 hours, 5 days a week

Role Responsibilities: As a member of our Selector Team, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be recognized as an essential contributor in our warehouse: Operate a double pallet jack throughout the warehouse Identify pick locations and accurately select various food and beverage cases to stack onto pallets. Meet order selection performance standards for speed and accuracy while minimizing damage. Safely handle and prepare items for shipment, including shrink wrapping and labeling orders. Immediately report safety issues and help maintain a clean workspace. Inspect and ensure all equipment is safe to operate. Requirements: Warehouse experience preferred but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must adhere to attendance policies and commit to scheduled hours. Ability to work in varying temperature environments. Good judgment is crucial as there may be times with limited supervision. Physical Demands: Must lift up to 75 pounds and frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, and turn. Be prepared for temperature ranges from -20°F to 90°F. Capable of repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements required for maintenance duties. Able to work overhead and maneuver in various physical positions. Requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and balance for tasks at different heights. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. About Us:
