Kroll's Private Capital Markets platform is transforming private asset valuation and portfolio workflows for alternative asset managers. As we scale our platform and client base, we are seeking an Implementation & Solutions Architect to lead technical onboarding and solution design for both external software clients and internal valuation teams (PV).
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Implementation
Lead onboarding of new clients and PV users, configuring workflows, training users, and ensuring data quality
Map client data to platform schemas and coordinate bulk uploads using standard PCM uploaders
Serve as technical resource for nuanced deal structures (PIKs, tranches, step-ups, prepayments)
Manage project timelines and stakeholders from kickoff to go-live
API & Integration Support
Serve as the face of PCM's API for clients and PV users
Assist with integration design and technical troubleshooting
Coordinate with engineering on documentation and support for API releases
Pre-Sales Technical Support
Tailor and configure demo environments to reflect prospect use cases
Join commercial team in demos to explain advanced modeling and data ingestion features
Gather implementation requirements during pre-sales for handoff to delivery teams
Voice of Customer & Feedback Loop
Document client requirements and pain points to inform product roadmap
Act as liaison between clients/PV and product/engineering teams
Qualifications:
5+ years in a client-facing technical or implementation role within fintech, SaaS, or private markets
Knowledge of credit/loan products and fund structures strongly preferred
Proficient in data mapping, structured uploads, and working with REST APIs
Excellent communicator and project manager; PMP or agile experience a plus
