As a Growth Engineer at Browserbase, you'll be at the intersection of engineering and business growth, shipping technical projects that directly drive revenue and user acquisition. You'll leverage your technical skills, creativity, and business acumen to build high-impact content, develop strategic partnerships, and create scalable systems that drive both self-serve signups and enterprise opportunities. Key Responsibilities
High-Impact Content Creation : Create high-quality, innovative content that demonstrates Browserbase's unique capabilities in compelling ways, capturing attention in the developer ecosystem and showcasing our value proposition through creative demonstrations and thought leadership
Strategic Outreach & Partnership Development : Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage potential customers and partners, fostering meaningful relationships that drive adoption and building a pipeline of enterprise opportunities for the Sales team
Growth Experimentation & Optimization : Design and run experiments to test new acquisition channels and messaging approaches, then report on and optimize key funnel metrics from initial awareness through conversion, using data-driven insights to accelerate growth
Market Intelligence & Positioning : Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to inform growth strategy, identify cross-functional opportunities to enhance Browserbase's market position, and represent Browserbase at strategic events and important customer conversations
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Dashboard & Design team, Core team, and Customer Engineering to develop coordinated growth activities across the full funnel, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning
Product Expertise & Metrics Ownership : Maintain deep understanding of the Browserbase product and browser automation use cases, own and report on critical funnel metrics like website visits, impressions, signups, conversions, and churn
Qualifications
2+ years of software development experience
Strong technical writing and communication skills with code samples to share
Experience creating developer-focused content (blogs, tutorials, videos)
Active presence in developer communities
Ability to write clean, maintainable code for examples and demos
Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
Data-driven mindset and comfort with experimentation
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
