The Software Development Technical Lead (Manager level) will work with cutting-edge technology, deliver high-quality solutions across various industries, and lead a team on holistic software projects. Responsibilities include technical design and development of full-stack solutions, client consulting, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Design and review software and database architectures to meet business needs. Understand client requirements and propose practical solutions. Define software and database architecture for new solutions. Lead client requirements gathering and document business needs. Develop application code and reusable components. Oversee software deployment, support, and quality assurance. Manage and lead a team of developers, ensuring project timelines and standards are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred). 6+ years of application development experience. 3+ years leading teams or projects. Experience coding with multiple technologies such as AngularJS, React, .NET, Java, NodeJS, SQL, NoSQL, cloud platforms, BI tools, mobile development, and CI/CD pipelines. Skills:
Strong communication, ability to learn new technologies, experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, and willingness to travel. Compensation:
$135,000 - $165,000 depending on location and experience. About Us:
