Job Summary: Responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, performs a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations according to specified and standardized procedures. Ensure job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date. Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly in written and oral form. Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers. Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes. Maintain accurate and traceable records for all products and components. Demonstrate basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Support divisional initiatives related to QMS, EMS, and other regulatory requirements. Prioritize work based on sequencing and importance. Handle and maneuver small components and parts safely. Make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision. Work effectively in a team environment. Skills and Experience:

Detail-oriented with good documentation practice (GDP). Assembly experience in a manufacturing line. Experience operating mid-to-complex machines in a manufacturing line. Ability to work with automated machines (e.g., filler, wrapping equipment). Perform basic repairs or adjustments as required within validated and controlled processes. Identify machine problems and communicate effectively with engineering. Good teamwork and communication skills. Good computer literacy and experience with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens. Strong problem-solving skills to address minor automation issues before escalation. Education:

High school degree or equivalent required. Dress Code Requirements:

Clothing must be non-shedding and free of frayed hems or loose threads. No tassels, fringes, glitter, sequins, or loose decorations. No sweaters, fleece, or loose-knit garments. Clothing from the waist up must fit under lab coat/gown. No turtlenecks, high necks, or sleeves extending beyond cuffs. Head coverings must be fully covered by a bouffant; fabric must be tightly woven and clean. No loose clothing near machinery. Shoes must be closed-toe, closed-heel, under 2-inch heel height, and worn with socks or stockings. No sandals, slippers, clogs, or open-weave shoes. Changing shoes only allowed in gowning room. Upper arms, torso, and legs must be covered. No short shirts, sleeveless tops, or short pants. Nail polish, artificial nails, and jewelry that can pierce gloves are not allowed. No makeup; lip balm in stick form allowed outside production areas. No scented products except deodorant. No lotion after hand washing. Cover any open or bleeding wounds. Avoid wearing anything offensive.
