Senior Project Manager (Card Payment Projects)

Responsibilities:
Plan and manage end-to-end PowerCARD projects, from initiation to delivery.
Lead discovery and solutioning workshops with clients to define project scope and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and quality standards (e.g., Visa/Mastercard compliance).
Conduct code reviews, manage project documentation, and provide clear reporting.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
PMP certification is a plus.
At least 12 years of experience managing complex IT or electronic payment projects.
Strong technical background: C#, SQL Server, Windows environments, JavaScript, HTML.
Familiarity with electronic payment platforms (e.g., PowerCARD, Kalignite) and industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, quality-focused, and able to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
