Director, Business Development - Cyber
Tokio Marine HCC, a global leader in the specialty insurance industry, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development. This position is responsible for developing new and existing business across all lines within the Cyber & Professional Lines Group.

About the role:
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic objectives. The candidate will evaluate business performance to maximize growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage broker and agent relationships, meet KPIs, and develop new business within assigned territories.
Expand business through travel, virtual meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Gain in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable opportunities.
Foster long-term relationships with underwriters and broker partners through meetings and introductions.
Conduct broker and agent training via webinars and online platforms.
Maintain CRM databases with contacts, campaigns, and outreach activities.
Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted strategies and campaigns based on market research.
Act as the primary contact to ensure strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in insurance industry business development, with preferred experience in wholesale and/or retail book of business.
