Summary: This position provides strategic analysis, research, exercise development, and program management support for the Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP). The work will be located at the Washington Naval Yard, Washington D.C. Job Responsibilities: Oversee employees on the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) Teams Support the CWC Challenge Inspections (CI) Assistance Team Assist in planning, facilitation, and observation of training and exercise events Complete the NTIP CWC Certification Program via Joint Knowledge Online Ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and according to criteria Maintain and update Department of the Navy CWC CI documentation Analyze programs/projects for treaty constraints and policy considerations Participate in CIs and exercises as required Assign, track, and communicate team tasks and activities Identify and assign qualified personnel for deployment support Develop instructional products, training plans, and exercises Support planning, facilitation, and assessment of CIs and training events Support treaty compliance and implementation efforts Conduct technical analysis, research, and documentation Collect data, create reports, and coordinate white papers Develop compliance and implementation plans Review international reporting and certification requirements Monitor and analyze arms control treaties, policies, and agreements Act as Subject Matter Expert on U.S. Government policy positions Utilize C4I Suite for information management Maintain and deploy inspection support equipment Qualifications: Secret Security Clearance Bachelor’s degree in business or management 10+ years in arms control, with 7+ years focusing on CWC Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) DAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA federal contractor.
