Position Description: Due to growth in healthcare services, the Terrebonne General Information Technology department is seeking an outgoing, customer-service-driven Applications Analyst with Epic experience to support clinicians in either a physician clinic or inpatient setting. This team member will work alongside other IT and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient care through efficient use of the Epic platform. The Application Analyst will participate in all phases of the Information Systems lifecycle. Responsibilities include reporting, project management, software support, and process improvements to facilitate system implementation and achievement of strategic goals related to electronic health records. The analyst will utilize various information management methods and technologies, including application development, support, evaluation, and process optimization to assist staff in data management. They will collaborate with Application Supervisors to plan, implement, evaluate, and support initiatives and projects. Qualifications: Baccalaureate of Science or equivalent preferred. Two or more years of healthcare-related experience. Project management skills preferred. Professional license (e.g., Nursing, Clinical, or other health-related fields) preferred. Experience with database tools and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, and initiative to improve processes.
