Proven hands-on experience with HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, systems, and components. Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and HVAC design. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS). Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, IMC). Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
